Right then you beautiful band of chaos-gremlins… it’s that time of year again. The nights are colder, the jumpers are uglier, and Doddy is one mince pie away from needing a whole new set of armour. Which can mean only one thing:
The DTV Festive Season is upon us.
But this year, we’re doing things a little differently.
This year… YOU LOT are taking control.
Because let’s be honest: DTV isn’t DTV because of Doddy. (Let’s face it, he can barely work his own microphone.) It’s DTV because of the community — the chat warriors, the Discord gremlins, the lurkers, the meme dealers, and the absolute legends who keep the place alive every single day.
So we want to hand the reins back to the people who matter most: you.

This is an absolutely epic idea! I would love to see what the community members come up with for this holiday season! My one suggestion would be to make a discord channel for everybody to put their holiday pictures in whether it’s their trees they’re outfits they’re ugly sweaters, or even pictures of events that they have gone to for this holiday season. Amazing article.Wez!!

A Xmas stream where Doddy “has to” just play Xmas slits no matter what. I don’t think he can do it 🤣 Truth or lie too for the mod activities, community can leave 3 facts about themselves in discord and the mods can ask 3 questions each, then theyve gotta guess. Let the mods have a showdown instead of the community.

Each day leading up to Christmas, Doddy spins a slot that matches a Viking-style/Xmas ish theme, could do something like “on the first day of spinmas, Doddy gave to theee – Big Bass Christmas 10xs” so on and so fourth

Do a challenge where members of the community can pick which slot they think is going to win the league . Big love to DTV always engaging with the community.
Maybe do some 5 a side team streams. Doddy picks 4 from the chat and one mod picks 4 from the chat and have some sort of slot battle. If you’ve been in a team once you can’t be again. Gives a lot of people the opportunity to get involved.

Looking forward to another festive season with the community! Can’t think of anything specific right now, but if the last month of mod events have been anything to go by we’re in for a treat!
One thing that I have loved the past few years have been the NYE streams. Fun, emotional, full of vibes. Looking forward to that 💚
