- Provide Necessary Information: Within the ticket, provide the following:
- Your 8-digit Gamdom ID (found under your account icon).
- A screenshot of your current reward level (visible on the Gamdom rewards page).
- A screenshot of your Gamdom statistics page.
- Moderation Review: A member of the moderation team will review the provided information and assign the corresponding rank role to your Discord profile. This role assignment is a backend process and will not be visibly apparent to the user.
