DTV Community Takes the Wheel: A Week of Fun Without the Boss

While the leader of the pack was off chasing poker glory in the Czech Republic, the DTV Discord community proved they don’t need a shepherd to have a good time. In a delightful display of self-sufficiency, the community managers stepped up and orchestrated a week of engaging activities, keeping the fun and camaraderie alive.

The week kicked off with a bang, thanks to Wellsy’s wizardry. Two nights of poker tournaments saw a total of $350 dished out in prizes, proving that even without the boss, the competitive spirit remains strong.

Wednesday brought laughter and (possibly) dubious knowledge to the table with the first of two quiz nights hosted by Wez. A new format kept things fresh, with round winners taking home either cash or free spins.

Thursday took a more ominous turn with “Death by AI” night, hosted by CLR. This chilling game of wits tested the community’s problem-solving skills against the cold, calculating logic of artificial intelligence. Survival was not for the faint of heart!

Friday saw the return of poker, with a different set of champions emerging, showcasing the community’s depth of talent.

Saturday Wez hosted the second quiz night, with a diverse range of topics keeping everyone on their toes. From economics to Disney, the community proved their knowledge is as versatile as their interests. A total of $400 was distributed amongst the victors, ensuring a night of learning and reward.

The king’s return on Sunday temporarily halted the festivities, but the party wasn’t over just yet. Monday night saw MrBobinski, the resident tech guru, take the reins for the grand finale – a digital scavenger hunt. A series of cunning clues sent participants down a rabbit hole on the DTV YouTube channel, searching for a hidden video. Laughter and friendly competition filled the air as the community unravelled the mystery, with a cool $150 and free spins awarded to the top sleuths and all participants.

Throughout the week, the DTV community solidified its reputation as a fantastic group of people. The absence of their leader only served to highlight their strong sense of connection and desire to have a good time together. The community managers deserve a round of applause for orchestrating such a successful week, and we can all look forward to more exciting adventures in the future!
