Meet the Mods: Shinpad
Yes, It’s that time of the week again, time to meet one of your moderation team. This is the one you have all been waiting for people
The product of a spell from a coven of witches (hence the nose), Sinead was brought up on the harsh streets of West Scotland, where she honed her intellect and wisdom. Wanting to be a midwife, happy not to be a god tier one, she is studying nursing in a Scottish college, where bedside manner and tact are known to be part of the culture. An ever present in discord, like herpes, she’s always on hand to give us a laugh, whether intentional or not. But I’m only kidding……
A beloved member of the MOD team, I won’t act like a best man and spill all the stories we have on her. Instead, here’s a mildly adapted version of the interview done with her:

Occupation: Just started studying nursing in college
How did you discover Doddy: I found Doddy by watching another streamer. He was on stream with him one day and mentioned he streamed so went and followed and never looked back.
What is your Favourite thing about the community: Ohhhh… my favourite thing about the community has to be how well everyone gels! Whether your an OG or a new viewer, whether you’re 18 or you’re 70 (Laura), everyone just clicks and get on. It doesn’t matter who you are in the real world everyone just comes together as a massive family and it’s wholesome as feck!
What are your Hobbies: I’m a mum of 2 (plus 3 bonus kiddies) but when I get peace from the whirlwind that is motherhood my favourite things to do is chill watching the stream or exercise my right to be chatty in discord.
What made you want to become a Mod for DTV?: in short (Watch her not keep it short) it was Doddy. I wasn’t in his stream long before he started calling me an OG, he made me feel included from the get go and I’d never really felt that before. The more I watched the more I learned about him and the more I learned the more the respect grew. I hold so much respect for the man it’s unreal. Its probably selfish but over time I knew this guys going to succeed and I wanted to be in the background to do what I could to help him. Don’t get me wrong, Doddy’s going to succeed because of who he is as a person but I’ve grew to love his streams and his community and I just wanted to help him wherever he wanted me to.
So there we have it. Now you know what make young Shinpad tick and why she loves being a part of the community. Always there to make people smile, DTV wouldn’t be the same without her non sensical rambles and googled diagnostics of incurable African diseases, even when she’s only ever travelled to Germany, ONCE!!!!!

Without doubt an absolute essential to any day is a ‘shinpad’ fix. She never ever fails to put a smile on my face and i feel confident in saying everyone elses, She’s an absolute legend.
Can’t help but wonder why you chose that pic and not one of the very many far more fitting ones she’s bombarded us with 😂💚💚

Such a great writeup! One of the most amazing people in this community! Enough about Wez though, I guess I should say something about Senead🤣🤣 I feel like she is an essential part of the mod team and is always eager to help when she can. I feel as if she could do anything in this world she wants if she keeps her mind focused and her nose to the ground🤣 Sinead has been a great help and an amazing person! She is a valued pert if this community!

Well what can i say as much as we all love to hate good old shinpad well she isnt that old tbf, she is an integral part of the community it just wouldnt be the same without her. big love shinpad

I’d been following doddy for a while on the Facebook days and was signed up on his code and sinead got me sorted out with getting verified in discord etc and was rather helpful (believe it or not) can always have a laugh with shinpad she never seems to take things too seriously. Great member of DTV and if you’re ever bored there will always be a life story from shinpad floating around discord somewhere
